In addition to traditional and neutral management consulting as a Logistics Optimizer (LOOP), we will organize restructuring efforts at the customer’s end and provide coaching throughout the process. As an outsourcing partner, we will also assume responsibility for certain areas, including employee and operational responsibilities.
