As an outsourcing partner, LOOP (Logistics Optimizer) assumes the settlement with transport companies, the review of invoices, and their payment. You will not have to deal with invoicing, reminders, accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting any longer.
LOOP will also ensure the accuracy of customs documents and deal directly with customs officials in cases of discrepancies. We will review your import documents, check customs tariffs numbers, the value of goods, weight allocations and preferences, and the associated correct collection of customs duties and VAT payments.
We will also assume the authentication of certificates of origin, apply for Carnet ATA, ensure the accuracy of your letter of credit documents and deal with all necessary export documents. LOOP will also organize your EU customs clearances and will apply for a German ID and tax number on request.
