Performance indicators and process optimization
Quality can be achieved only if it is clearly defined. To make performance measurement the center of all processes, LOOP (Logistics Optimizer) will first examine your performance expectations, business objectives, and the legal conditions to which your company is subjected.
We will assist you in the development of a performance indicator system for your company which will help you to measure and/or determine progress or degree of performance for important objectives and critical success factors within your organization – for example, the actual utilization of your vehicle fleet, hub or warehouse.
Important performance indicators in the service industry are:
- Revenue per invoiced person day
- Degree of employee utilization (number of invoiced person days compared to scheduled work days)
- Timeliness in handing over shipments
