 We make sure our apprentices have an interesting on the job training experience.
Our apprentices are the future of the company. Picking the right apprentice and guiding him or her until the successful completion of the apprentice exam is very important to us. The apprenticeship to become a forwarding merchant is the first step in climbing the ladder within the logistics forwarding industry. The shipping industry is an industry with a future and there are many opportunities for further training.
We feel responsible for our specialists of tomorrow – because we need to have qualified, motivated and responsible new talent. We would like to see that our apprentices can withstand the challenges on the job and during their education. That is why we take care of them personally and regularly. We have even created a position that is solely responsible for this future-oriented task.
